Benign Prostatik Patolojilerde Regülatuvar T Hücrelerinin (Treg) Değerlendirilmesi: Pilot Çalışma

چکیده
Objective: We aimed to evaluate the number and function of regulatory T (Treg) cells in peripheral blood prostate tissues patients with histopathologically diagnosed benign hyperplasia (BPH) asymptomatic chronic prostatitis.
Material Methods: Blood histopathological data 19 (BPH=10, ACP=9) that underwent transurethral resection were evaluated. Treg cell count prostatic tissue flowcytometry, Forkhead box P3 (FOXP3) expression by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (PCR), IL-17 measurement samples ELISA performed.
Results: Flowcytometric analyses showed mean CD4+T FOXP3 levels both (CD4+T, p= 0.752; FOXP3, 1.000) 0.458; 0.590) higher BPH group compared prostatitis group. However this difference was not statistically significant. Similarly, also groups, but significant (p= 0.870). The PCR gene group, again there no between groups 0.116).
Conclusion: Since found terms tissue, our study supports thesis these pathologies could be autoimmune inflammatory diseases.

Proposed Pilot Pattern Methods for Improvement DVB-T System Performance
Recently, orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) has been extensively used in communications systems to resist channel impairments in frequency selective channels. OFDM is a multicarrier transmission technology in wireless environment that use a large number of orthogonal subcarriers to transmit information. OFDM is one of the most important blocks in digital video broadcast-terrestr...
متن کاملMolecular Mechanisms of Treg-Mediated T Cell Suppression
CD4(+)CD25(high)Foxp3(+) regulatory T cells (Tregs) can suppress other immune cells and, thus, are critical mediators of peripheral self-tolerance. On the one hand, Tregs avert autoimmune disease and allergies. On the other hand, Tregs can prevent immune reactions against tumors and pathogens. Despite the importance of Tregs, the molecular mechanisms of suppression remain incompletely understoo...
متن کاملVestibulo-Ocular Reflex Abnormalities in Posterior Semicircular Canal Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo: A Pilot Study
Introduction: Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV), involving the semicircular canals, is one of the most common diseases of the inner ear. The video head impulse test (vHIT) is a new test that examines the function of the canals. This study aimed to investigate the vestibulo-ocular reflex (VOR) gain, gain asymmetry and saccades after stimulating all six canals in patients definitively d...
متن کاملRegulatory T Lymphocytes (Treg): Modulation and Clinical Application
Treg cells CD4+CD25+FOXP3+ have a specific function in the tolerance of autoantigens and regulation of the immune response. Modulation of differentiation pathways and the use of Treg cells in cell therapy have been reported in autoimmune diseases, systemic lupus erythromatosis, autoimmune hepatitis, type 1 diabetes mellitus, multiple sclerosis, rheumatoid arthritis, graft-versus-host disease, b...
متن کاملPrevalence of newly generated naive regulatory T cells (Treg) is critical for Treg suppressive function and determines Treg dysfunction in multiple sclerosis.
The suppressive function of regulatory T cells (T(reg)) is impaired in multiple sclerosis (MS) patients. The mechanism underlying the T(reg) functional defect is unknown. T(reg) mature in the thymus and the majority of cells circulating in the periphery rapidly adopt a memory phenotype. Because our own previous findings suggest that the thymic output of T cells is impaired in MS, we hypothesize...
